Marketing and Communication department

Key positions concerning the management of the Group’s internal and external communication, the department manages the communication of all the Group’s subsidiaries. The missions of the marketing division concern:

  • Content creation and the updating of the websites of the different companies,
  • Collaboration with service providers for website development, referencing and maintenance,
  • Social networks management,
  • Modeling, production and organization of booths for trade exhibitions,
  • Creation and preparation of print documents (flyers, etc.), requests for quotes and production follow-up,
  • Photography : shots for social networks, photo reports during events, photos of students and employees.

Profile and skills

Depending on the position sought (Marketing Assistant to Marketing Manager), a Baccalaureat +2/3 to Baccalaureat +5 in a communication or graphic design school, with at least 2 years of experience is required. The marketing department must master the Office Suite and the Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator. It must have a solid knowledge of updating websites and the use of a CMS (such as WordPress).

In addition to excellent writing skills, a good command of spelling and a good level of English, it is necessary to demonstrate:

  • Analysis, precision and attention to detail,
  • Dynamism, organization and rigor,
  • Team spirit, confidentiality and discretion,
  • Responsibility and autonomy within a dynamic company,
  • Understanding internal customer needs.
