The aeronautical mechanic job

The position of aircraft mechanic is part of the ASTONTEC maintenance service, approved PART M.F and PART M.G, working on a fleet of 20 aircrafts, which is set to expand. The aeronautical mechanic ensures the daily maintenance of all the aircraft before and after the flight and is brought to:

  • Set up an avionics division to provide maintenance and technical assistance (troubleshooting) for the entire fleet (equipped with Garmin G1000),
  • Participate in scheduled airframe and engine maintenance on aircraft such as: C172S, DA42, DA42NG, SR22, etc…
  • Comply with procedures and regulations related to aerotechnics and safety.

Profile and skills

To apply for the position of aircraft mechanic, it is necessary to hold a B2 license. Experience on piston engines and/or experience on Garmin 1000 systems is appreciated. Finally, the position requires:
