As the first employee representing ASTONFLY, the reception agent holds a key position. Under the supervision of the Director of Customer Service, and in collaboration with the sales and operations team, the reception agent welcomes, informs and advises customers and students. His/her main missions are the following :

  • Ensure the physical and telephone reception according to the procedures in force,
  • To provide an irreproachable, professional and top-of-the-range service,
  • Follow up on aircraft reservations (Check in/Check out),
  • Coordinate and manage communication between customers and the group’s departments: maintenance, handling, pedagogy,
  • Ensure that the school’s infrastructure, equipment and amenities are well maintained,
  • Manage mail and receipt of deliveries,
  • Controlling access and movement of people.
