The Flight Operations Department

Under the supervision of the Director of Customer Service, and in collaboration with the sales and reception teams, the operations department welcomes, informs and advises customers by providing an irreproachable quality of service. From the position of Scheduler to the position of Operations Manager, the main missions of the department are the following :

  • Organize, structure and prepare flight schedules according to the procedures in force: manage reservation slots, registration for exams, ensure aircraft availability with the department concerned,
  • Take care of customers’ flight reservations and cancellations,
  • Manage invoicing and collections, process reminders, administer agreements,
  • Represent the company at various trade shows and events (Salon International du Bourget, France Air Expo, etc.).

Profile and skills

In order to apply for the positions in the Operations Department (Scheduler or Operations Manager), it is essential to demonstrate that you have the necessary skills and experience:
