Quality and Compliance department
To support the growth of the Group and its subsidiaries, the Quality and Compliance department ensures safety during daily operations and the construction of major projects (integration of new aircraft, process optimization, etc.). From the position of Quality Assistant to the position of Quality and Compliance Manager, the department’s main missions are:
- Monitoring of compliance with the various EASA regulations,
- Carrying out audits and internal controls,
- Verification of manuals and procedures as part of regulatory approvals,
- Follow-up of non-conformities and associated actions,
- Handling of event feedbacks,
- Management of risk mapping,
- Updating of quality repositories.
Profile and skills
Depending on the position sought (Quality Assistant or Quality and Compliance Manager), a Baccalaureat +2/3 to Baccalaureat +5 training is required. It is also essential to have a good level of English and on office automation tools and to demonstrate:
