Human Resources Positions

The CLAIR GROUP Human Resources department is dedicated to managing the personnel of the various subsidiaries of the group (approximately 135 employees). As Human Resources Director, Deputy Human Resources Director or Human Resources Assistant, the various missions of the department are:

  • Recruitment: management of applications, interviews and responses to candidates,
  • Personnel administration: monitoring of probationary periods, vacations, absences and monitoring of work time, schedules, medical vacations,
  • Management of staff representatives: preparation of meetings,
  • Legal: drafting of employment contracts and amendments, legal audit, preparation of files…

PROFILE AND SKILLS

Depending on the position sought (Human Resources Assistant or Human Resources Manager), a Human Resources Baccalaureat +2/3 to Baccalaureat  +5, with at least 5 years of experience is required. The Human Resources department must master the Office Suite and personnel management software.

In addition to excellent writing skills, a good command of spelling and a good level of English, it is necessary to demonstrate:

  • A strong sense of privacy and discretion,
  • Dynamism, organization and rigor,
  • Responsibility and autonomy within a dynamic company,
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
