The Valet position
The valet is the first person to greet customers upon their arrival at the ASTONSKY luxury airport terminal.
The valet must be beyond reproach and must ensure the Customer’s satisfaction. The main interlocutors are the customers, the pilots. Good relational, organization and reactivity are the key words of this position. A knowledge of the codes of luxury is desired. The valet’s main missions are :
- To welcome and accompany passengers,
- To take care of the luggage,
- To take charge of vehicles,
- To organize the parking of vehicles,
- To clean vehicles.
Profile and skills
To apply for the position of valet, it is necessary to demonstrate :
- Good presentation,
- Sense of service,
- Flexibility, in a terminal open 7 days a week,
- Reactivity and dynamism, with the objective of customer satisfaction,
- Responsibility and autonomy in a dynamic society,
- Resistance to work in degraded weather conditions.
