The Sales Department
The sales department is the first actor in the growth of ASTONJET’s activity. It works as a team and must deliver a quality service adapted to the company’s very high-end customers. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, rigor and organization are required for these positions. The main missions of the sales department are :
- Process quotation requests to transform them into customer contracts,
- Seek customer satisfaction as part of the business proposal (aircraft, schedules, additional services, etc.),
- Develop the company’s commercial activities in compliance with the company’s commercial commitments to its customers and partners: to offer new services to existing customers, to be a driving force in imagining new services to be presented to customers,
- Achieve the objectives set the direction.
Profiles and skills
From the position of Junior Sales Agent to Sales Manager, the department requires excellent commercial qualities in order to be a force of proposal towards the customers.
In order to apply for one of these positions, candidates must demonstrate :
- A “fighter” temperament,
- Initiative and organization, strength of proposal,
- Responsibility, autonomy, team spirit, within a sales department,
- Reactivity and dynamism,
- Ambitious, always ready to take up challenges and achieve objectives,

- A permanent search for customer satisfaction in order to ensure the established relationship.
