THE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
The operations center is a key service for the planning and coordination of ASTONJET flights worldwide. Based at Paris – Le Bourget airport, the main missions of the operations department are :
- Manage the planning of crews in compliance with the regulations in force,
- Organize the entire flight (on-board catering, transportation, crew and passenger accommodation, etc.),
- Provide an perfect service to our top range customers,
- Ensure the good execution of Emergency Medical Flights, within a reduced time frame, in coordination with Paris Hospitals services.
PROFILE AND SKILLS
To join the ASTONJET ground operations department, the candidate will have to justify a level BAC to BAC+2 minimum and a first experience in the aviation field. He/she must also demonstrate :
- A good ability to communicate with different interlocutors (customers, crews, service providers, etc.),
- Dynamism, adaptability and flexibility,
- Availability, reactivity and autonomy,
- Initiative, organization, rigor and punctuality,
- Ability to work day and night.
