The Sales Department
The sales department is the first actor in the growth of ASTONFLY’s activity. It works as a team and must deliver a quality service adapted to the company’s target customers. An excellent sense of listening and relational skills, rigor and organization are necessary for this position. The main missions of the sales department are :
- Process prospect’s requests to transform them into customer contracts,
- To develop and promote the company’s commercial activities in compliance with the company’s commercial commitments to its clients: to offer new services to existing clients, to be a driving force in imagining new services to be presented to clients,
- Achieve the objectives set by the General Management and follow the company’s strategic orientations using the CRM tool,
- Organize and represent the company at various trade shows and events (Salon International du Bourget, Salon des Formations et Métiers Aéronautiques, Open Days, etc.).
Profile and skills
From Junior Sales Agent to Sales Manager, the department requires excellent sales skills in order to be proactive with customers.
